Mr. Valliere is the owner of Barnstable/Plymouth Appraisal Services and has been appraising residential real estate since 1991. He is a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and holds designations with the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers, the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, and the National Association of Realtors. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from New England Institute of Technology in 1987. He was appointed the Co-Chair of the Education Committee for the MA Board of Real Estate Appraisers in 2001 and Chairman of that Committee for 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005. He was also elected as a trustee for the MA Board of Real Estate Appraisers for the years 2002-2003, and reelected for the term 2004-2007. He was then elected the Secretary/Treasurer of the MBREA for 2006, the Vice President for 2007, and the President for 2008. Mr. Valliere concentrates on all types of residential properties in Barnstable County and the select Towns of  Plymouth, Wareham, Marion, and Mattapoisett in Plymouth County.
